if i leave the pc on and the rss feed adds files or i add a torrent file or magnet file after a few hours the torrents are stuck at 0% and wont do anything. if i reboot the pc or restart the service it loads them fine and starts downloading. seems to be after the program has been open for a while nothing wants to load This happens very often with me and after a few weeks, I give up.Why would 5 kb/s show up in the download speed portionbut the torrent have not downloaded anything at all? Magnet link torrents from PB stuck at 0% using Deluge? For some reason, whenever I add magnet links to Deluge the torrent never starts downloading it just stays on 0%. Downloading Windows 10 Stuck at 0% Hi, I have been trying to download and create a bootable usb using the Windows 10 media creation tool, but it keeps getting stuck at 0%. I have tried making sure my current OS, Windows 8.1, is fully updated but it hasn't changed anything.
