16 Jan 2019 I'm trying to download "Dota 2 Workshop Tools" on Linux using SteamCMD . just to show that it responses that applications are already owned. But when validating the files, it downloaded the tools: `app_update 570 14 Aug 2013 Already have the game, just played some games yesterday, but now is asking me to install it again. but paused all of the downloads and now dota 2 wants to reinstall. just install it again it will rediscover local game files in the process.
